Tax Credits for Low and Moderate Income Families

Wisconsin residents can take advantage of a variety of tax credits to supplement their incomes. The most important of these include the Federal Earned Income Tax Credit; the Wisconsin Earned Income Tax Credit; the Wisconsin Homestead Credit and the Child Tax Credit.  These credits can bring thousands of extra dollars to individuals and families — yet every year, thousands of people who are eligible for these tax credits fail to claim them.This website is intended to increase awareness and use of available tax credits among low and moderate income families in Wisconsin.
